How do the names of the plays in this game relate to the names given elsewhere such as:

iformation
Big I
Pro set
Flex
Wishbone
Singleback spread
singleback big
goal
4WR
2WR

like I found:

I assumed the names would be the same wherever I found them!?

Ah, I think I've worked this one out.

Those I've named here are the main 'formations' for lining the players up.

The names we have here for the OffPlays are given to what the play is and what the players each do etc: the 'play'

Jesus this is a complicated sport!
