Per JDB's comment in another thread he will start a new CUST league if at least 15 owners say they'll join.

Let me get this Season done, so I at least have some basic knowledge of what I'm doing.
I'd love the challenge of a Day 1 Draft, but I fear at this point in time I'd hurt the League.
