As many know already someone traded in one of the leagues then abandoned the team not long after .

anyway this idea is not about that user what this idea is about is making that abandoned team button go GREY or maybe disappears after someone makes a trade either for a player or a draft pick

My reasoning behind this is that user who did it in Custom 17 find a exploit that someone else could use to destroy a team or even a league.

Like they could trade the best players to one player or even maybe trade with the whole league to dismantle their team then in turn they could abandon their team after that 1 trade or 31 trades which in turn would either make the ADMIN to either undo them or that user who picks up the team after that whole mess could have to take many seasons to get that team to the point they can contend.

Now if you cant make it where the button goes GREY or disappears then make it where they cant abandon a team for 30 days after they have made a trade or that they have to play out the season

I just wouldn't want someone to exploit that exit strategy after Trades they have made either they didn't like or whatever reason

punisher please stop with the trolling this is the third or fourth time i've seen you active in one post, put up a suggestion or comment of some kind, didn't get the response you liked so immediately started another post that starts out with your suggestion or comment instead of it just being in the replies.

As to this suggestion, i will tell you the same thing you've already been told, stopping someone from abandoning a team doesn't help the league or punish the player at all and can instead hurt the league.

here's how:
guy wants to abandon the team for whatever reason but can't due to your rule, so since he won't play that league the team sits there for 30 days with no owner input until he can finally abandon the team. how would this possibly help a league all it does is guarantee that there would be a team that has zero gameplanning every week.

now onto the other problem with your post

JDB posted in the original thread that this was not a case of a player exploiting the system, that he considered the trade to be within bounds of an allowable trade and the only reason he reversed it was specifically to stop such rumors in their tracks, and the player the trade was done with backed up JDBs decision. Since this is the case the only reason i can see for you saying this here is to try and rile people up about something that hasn't even happened.
