Judging by the number of leagues you're in, you can't possibly tweak your rules before each game. Just curious, do you?

No only 4 of em. Unless other ones are playoffs. I want to quit them but I want to see my rookies after I drafted for three years. All playoff teams though

If it's a good active league I would love to. 19 is the best league I'm in. There's actually an opening in that one. It's by the most competitive one I've seen
