Just a simple thought to allow multiple contract offers for position coaches. Its frustrating to only be able one contract at a time and then when the sim runs you need to locate another because your choice was taken by someone else.

Obvious logic would say the higher rated coach is the one you'd want .. I don't know about 2 coaches rated the same.

wish it was like this for all coaches from the Head Coach to the Position Coaches .

That way I could send offers to more than just 1 coach for the coaching job because at times I go to my 3rd or more pick for the job which is really frustrating to say the least you have to spend that many times to or have that many candiates to finally get a coach for that job.
