I think it would be very helpful if there was a Copy Rule feature in the Rules UI. This would allow you to more easily make similar rules. I.e. make a rule, make a copy of it, then make a few edits where the new rule differs from the one it was copied by.

It could be placed in the same location as the Edit, Save, Delete, View Plays, and Activate/Deactivate buttons are.

You can pretty much do this right now.

Just save your main rule. Then load it, make some changes, and save it with a different name.
You can reload your original rule and continue this cycle.
