Is just ridiculous, WORST part about this game. End of season I lose one coach, put an offer for a replacement, rejected , signed elsewhere. Next day another poached, offer in for a replacement, rejected signed elsewhere. Next day put an offer in for another coach, accepted offer, BUT another coach poached.
There are many say that coaches don't matter, well I've yet to see a championship team with 60 rated coaches.
This aspect of the game is needless and frustrating.

I don't have an issue with poaching, but I think it should be shortened to maybe the first 2-3 week of early free agency.

I don't have a problem with poaching, but you're right it goes on too long and I would go even further, have the time window restricted to 1 day only, for goodness sake do we really need all of free agency to get this done? Most of us have half a dozen teams and to continually have to source new coaches is a pain....

You are not required to have more than one team to play the game.
