Yet I have gotten at least 14 trades from Blackflys in MFN 19 this season

None of these were completed, so they are just offers

well I have rejected 12 offers in the picture and he still keeps sending some more to me.

though he did withdrawn 2 of them of the 14 trades in the picture

The trade restriction is for completed trades. There no limit for trade offers

well I took it as there a limit for trade offers where you can only send 3 per team.

Because it's only a Trade if complete... if no pieces move, there was no Trade.

If Players don't actually move, it's only a Proposal.
