well I have rejected 12 offers in the picture and he still keeps sending some more to me.
though he did withdrawn 2 of them of the 14 trades in the picture

The trade restriction is for completed trades. There no limit for trade offers

well I took it as there a limit for trade offers where you can only send 3 per team.
didn't know that the trade restriction is for completed trades.
just thought it would error on the side of caution and be safe than sorry.
