If I hire a new coach, thus replacing an existing coach on my roster, do I regain the money that was tabbed for that coach's salary, or do I eat that money (is it guaranteed)? I inherited a mediocre position coach being paid out a bucketload of cash and don't have enough free money to hire anyone new for any of my other staff positions, but don't know if replacing him will actually help or not. Thanks!

Coaches are salaried so if you fire them they don't get paid, and there isn't any penalty that I know of.

Correct - there is no penalty to firing coaches, the fired coach's salary goes back into your cash flow.

Can we have coaches accepting a raise from other teams listed in our teams transaction list. I'd like to see them move on and succeed... Or see if there's someone on their staff I can poach;)

Ha - yeah, that's a good idea. I'll put it on the list to add that.
