It would be nice if we could review a prospective head coach's offensive and defensive plays BEFORE he is hired (or made an offer), rather than be privy only to his offensive and defensive styles of play. It would then make it possible for a GM to match a new coach's plays with the familiarity of the players on the GM's roster with those plays.

Are all offensive plays exactly the same for all head coaches who favor the same specific style of play? For example, are all offensive plays the same for a Generally Balanced Offense? And so on?

i wish there was an option to run all plays to both sides. It seems some plays are only run to one side and it would make it tougher to defend if they couldn't blitz right into the hole.
