Hi guys,
Rookie GM here....
What exactly are you supposed to do before the Training Camp stage?

Absolutely nothing....the sim will run and develop your players. Check after the camp to see their ratings....some may go up and some may go down.

You do have to make sure all your coaches are signed also to get the benefits from that position
