If you let the Coaches decide in (Load Recommended Gameplan) to change the Offensive personnel... Does that change the players (personnel) who fit the scheme better or the play formations to what the coaches want?

The AI does consider the strengths and weaknesses of both you and your opponent when setting all the game plan settings.
