I have seen this bug for a while but for whatever reason, I was never able to track it down conclusively. This time I got it.

Prior to the Championship Game sim being processes in CUST-21, I made new contract offers to a number of my players. However, after the sim was processed, 4 of them had rejected their offers. Here's the problem: The offers they rejected were not the offers I made.

Fortunately, I took a screen shot of my Pending Transaction screen prior to the sim processing. You can see that the offers present in that pending list do not match what is listed on the transaction list for the 4 players who rejected the offers:




Please address this ASAP. The next sim for 21 is EoS and if they reject the offers again because of this bug, I will have missed out on my opportunity to resign them this season.

And, of course, they all want more money now so even if I get resign them, this bug has cost me cap space.

I betcha the same thing happened to me in 62 .. lost my 99/99 RB to FA. tried to resign (obviously.. lol)

I saw this with 3 players last night as well, though I don't have the screen shots to prove it.

I just looked into this, the bug is that it is reporting the first year of the contract only in the rejection transaction instead of the total value of the contract - but it is correctly evaluating the offer you submitted.

Fair enough. I wasn't aware that your own FAs would reject an offer if you met their signing bonus demand. I've only ever seen rejections with that bug in effect so I assumed the lower amount was why they had rejected it.

only thing I can think of why they rejected the offer is that Custom 21 has that opinion thing knowing it is the end of the season and they don't have the highest opinion of you so they outright rejected your offer.

if that isn't it then have no idea why they would reject a offer from you because I have never seen that happen nor have I have it happened to me.
