Are player ratings automatically deflated when the player is playing out of position (the max potential rating, that is)? For example, my SS drops close to 20 points in max rating at DT despite being at 100 or close in every one of my weighted categories for DT.

I think rating is being effected by weight.

Yes, apparently there are some things that effect a players rating that we don't have any control over in our custom weights.

I wish the "weights" for weight and volatility were customizable as well. I'd rather not have to scroll through the tiny DBs when looking for a DT.
