so i am currently over the cap by 800,000 and the rookie draft just ended. I got the message that im over the cap and i extended two players that will give me cap relief and put me under the cap on the next sim. Will it allow me to keep my roster after the cap relief or do i still need to cut guys before the sim in order for them not to cut my best guys? thanks

You have until Training Camp to get below the cap, so you should be good.

sweet, i wasn't sure cause i got that message above saying the AI would cut guys if i didn't get under the cap. Since i've never been over the cap in any league i was nervous, lol. thanks

Are you sure? I thought it was cut down to 60 by TC and get under cap by Week 1...?

Now that I read the message alert better it states I need to be under by first preseason game :)

That's right!
Cut to 60 = TC Under cap = Preseason week 1 Cut to 53 = Regular season Week 1
