How about like a SLIDER bar for coaches where you can decide what offense you want , what defense you want , how your coach takes timeouts in the game , how aggressive or passive you want your coach to be in certain situations , etc.
Kind of like the Max FG Distance (Normal) , Max FG Distance (End of Half) , GP Distance Adjustment Speed , Hurry Up - Min remaining per score and Slow Down - Min remaining per score do in the MISC Options where you can have the bar to the 0 or you can go crazy have them the farthest to the right .
Though probably wouldn't put those slider bars in the MISC Options more like put them on the coach 's profile or like the gameplan for offense and defense .
Unless you made a whole new TAB in gameplan for
coaches for offense and
coaches for defense then just have where you can pick what offense you want to run , when you want your coach to take timeouts on offense , how aggressive or passive you want your offense coaches to be , etc. then do the same for Defense .
