Punisher, how does the whole attendance thing work as it relates to hiring coaches?
I've been unable to hire even low level unemployed coaches, apparently because not enough $$. I'm now waiting for the league to assign me coaches. "Mercy coaches" how sweet.
I thought the $$ came from your attendance? Which brings up my next question.
I was 14-2 last season, but never had a sell out, in fact, often had games 20,000 below capacity. What does a team have to do to sell more tickets?
dont think the attendance workes hand and hand with the money for coaches.
reason your getting rejected by coaches is you have to give more to your head coach than your OC and DC awhile giving more to your OC and DC than your position coaches.

I had this problem, Lellow helped me out, so I will pass along what he told me. You only have so much money and if you spend your cash flow, you don't get more money. What you have to do is NOT give your position coaches the money they are asking for.
You can sign a new position coach to a 200,000 contract. Don't get attached to your position coaches. As long as no one else bids on the coach, they'll sign with you. Just get a young guy and sign him to a 6 year deal. The money you save will go directly in your cash flow.
I went insane until someone told me this...

I thought I read somewhere how money was earned to pay coaches, but while my (internal) Hard drive seems to be functioning, the i/o board is intermittent at best.
Like I used to tell folks, "I've got a GREAT memory, it's just short!"

If you are referring to MFN 65 .. as the links suggest, you are in week 4 of 5 of Early FA, you can still poach a coach .. as an option

That used to be the case, now every team has the same cap for coaching salaries.
