I'll go on record saying that including a third owner to circumvent a restriction is a bad idea.

At the Moduls League i can Not offer Trades to some other gm beacause of the ip Problem.
But i am living in Germany and the Others in the usa.

Are there more than one of you using the same PC/Pad/Phone?... If so, that might be the issue. If not, you can contact the Leagues Admin and have him/her drop IP conflicts.
