To piggyback if an owner takes over a team .. adjusts the preferences .. then abandons .. will those preferences reset?

I see this as a potential cheat as an owner can create an account an alter how teams are drafting. There is no safety check on that I believe.

i can answer that the preferences dont reset

Well knowing that Ray Mattison had that and he had set the preferences to Qbs and milwaukee drafted 4 straight Qbs so my conclusion is the preferences dont reset .

Of course that would make sense why San Jose in Custom 9 drafted 7 straight TES in that someone must had them then set their preferences for TES then abandoned them then when the draft comes that team drafts 7 straight TES .

So really JDB needs to make it where the preferences RESET when a player leaves a team .

Just like he needs to make trades that are still exist for a team to expire when a player leaves a team.

I just deployed a patch that does additional cleanup when a user abandons a team, including removing any pending trades and clearing draft preferences.
