I can't find anything that tells how to hire coaches. Help please?

Tennessee fan? WarEagle probably won't help you (just kidding).

You are in the preseason stage the only thing you can do is ..

Promote someone on your staff (if they haven't signed a new contract this season) or coach search using "Unemployed" under team.

Three things you have to remember.

1. The contract has to be more than the highest paid coordinator.

2. As long as your contract meets the above criteria and is equal or less than your current head coach, disregard a pop-up window that says you have no money.

3. I cannot stress this enough .. coaches salary have NOTHING to do with the teams salary cap/dead cap.

is it just me or now do we have a Auburn person (War eagle ) , Alabama (roll tide) and now a Tennessee person (utfan1981 ) ?

That is easy go to MY TEAM then when your team comes up go to COACHING STAFF

ok maybe i didnt say what i had intended to say .

what i meant to say is that really the call sign for Auburn is being used (War Eagle ) so is Alabama (Roll Tide ) and i guess you can say that for Tennessee (UTfan) so just wondering if we will get all the rest of the SEC call signs or someone who has the team name in their name.

btw if we do does that mean we will start getting another conference on this website when we have the whole SEC??
