Display rule Names in the list of applied rules. Add ability to create a rule to determine when to pull starters (by position), as well as when to put them back in. Add ability to choose a specific play. Add ability to select FG or Punt or Onside Kick when creating a rule. Add ability to create rules for true hurry-up and slow-down offenses (NOT all pass or all run). Add ability to select a formation or personnel group, instead of just personnel groups (offensive rule). Add ability to create rules for position overrides.
