QB spikes the ball with 1:35 left in the game, one timeout remaining, 2nd and 11, just outside the red zone. Seems like a strange strategic choice there to sacrifice a down, as the team ought to be trying to run the clock down being that close to avoid giving the ball back with clock left. Especially considering the loss of the second down would leave a third and long situation.

Yes, there is a ticket in to adjust the hurry up logic in this situation.
