Like I said previously, I love most things about this game but find the forum sections awkward and a bit clumsy.
For instance, click on League Forums or Community Forums - both take you to same place. Why not one button or if two they take you to the separate sections. Not sure why mine are always bright yellow/orange either.
The Team News and Rivalries sections (which aren't used as often) - why not stick them in the main League part? The banter going on tends to be very similar.
Could each subsection show the most recent 1/2 posts at a glance (subject title).
General MFN discussion seems to be full of stuff which should either be in the Bugs or Suggestions sections?
I LOVE the 'Subscribe to this thread' part by the way, and am trying to introduce this to a 'soccer' game I play.
Could the 'Please Welcome jhartshorn..' posts go into a separate League forum, so it doesn't clutter up the other messages. It is possible to post something then within a week (of new managers) find your message has slipped to page 2 due to loads of Welcome messages - most of which don't get replied to. Just a thought.

League Forums and Community Forums are actually separate...You posted in the community fourm which is why I can see this post although we dont share any leagues together...The color circle lets you know its a new post...I used to let them all go unread and read the ones that interest me...but I ended up reading them all

yeah but just wondered why there's not just one tab called forum rather than two separate links to same place.

If you posted in League Forums I wouldn't be able to see this post...only the people in that league and it would have a new color circle until you open it and read it

I think what J is suggesting is if you click on League Forums, he'd like it to only bring up that portion of the forum page (no Community Forums).

seems a bit clumsy the way there are two separate buttons on menu (both of which are highlighted in yellow for some reason (is that cos I haven't clicked into every single message ever! )) which both direct me to the identical same page

thoughts on the other points would be appreciated too

probably .. there is a box on each main forum page that says "Mark Forum Read". If you click it, it should clear them out.


Id love for there to be a Team Transfer section .. Owners who abandoned, New Owners, Team Name Changes (custom leagues), etc. Most usually you are at the mercy of someone posting in the team news if they have changed the name.
