are you talking about on the depth chart? The top right corner indicates an injury and i think it is color coded from red being the worst to yellow and then to green(probable).

Welcome .. just a suggestion, don't go too overboard at the start acquiring teams! lol
It's funny that you said that. I was thinking about getting a bunch teams. But I'll stick with two and see how it goes for a couple of weeks. Thanks again
