Worst Championship Meltdown?

Team won the championship the season before. Made it all the way back only to go nuclear, words cannot describe the ridiculousness of this epic meltdown from the very start of the game.

Conference championship in my favorite league going against the team that had knocked me out of the playoffs four years straight. I had the ball with less than 2 minutes and a 9 point lead.
