you just set the team tab to unemployed and you will get all the coaches that aren't on other teams

Yes .. under "Team" select "Unemployed"

I am trying to find one plan to play against all plans......there is no way to scout that.

I have used game play adjustment setting combined with hurry up and slow down to call the complete opposite plays according to my gameplan. All the plays have equal priority and last game they called 13 passes and 3 runs in slow down mode. It cost me the game but by no means is this scoutable. 10 different pass and run play were all called 2, 3 or 4 times. On offense over a dozen high priority plays were NOT called once. Not a once. Next game I bet 5 new plays will be called, but who knows as I will have the same plan dictated by random calls. I wanted to fire my coach, but forgot I made him do that.
