That was one of the best games I've seen since starting to follow this sport - totally awesome (even my wife watched it!). The atmosphere at that game and this one with Alabama are out of this world - are all the fans given 4 litres of beer and a microphone before the matches?!

Superb finish to the game, even though I felt he didn't quite make the 1st down on previous play - maybe you need the same technology that we've finally brought into our football matches to judge whether the ball has crossed the line....anyway, that's not the point:

Up here in Ohio I know it's a huge deal .. I just mainly root for Michigan (and now Penn State) to dash the dreams of OSU fans .. I'm kind of a jerk this time of the year .. lol

I also loved that game! If Penn St. can win they win the east! What's odd is Ohio St. still has a shot at the NCAA championship even though Penn St. beat them. lol.

There is NO Rivalry in College Football that equals the Iron Bowl (Alabama/Auburn).

That being said, Auburn often isn't a great team... and when they are rarely is Alabama (though that has changed in this last Decade... and during the Bo Jackson Era at Auburn).

HOWEVER, Michigan vs. tOSU is a delight. They've suffered the same, with UM being bad for a long while now and finally getting back to greatness. MSU vs. tOSU is another really solid one.

And I like to kick around the ol' USC vs. Oregon deal that emerged... but Oregon is back to sucking.
