Some how, some way... My offensive plays are completely different in my game tonight... I was 6-0 till I lost tonight. My offensive plays were not the same that they had been for 4 seasons. I lost a lot of expereince (gauge).. I was running plays my team is not familiar with.... not pleased.

I'm not sure what happened in your case, but the only way that the AI should take over your game plan is if you don't have enough plays selected in your offense or defense gameplan. Signing a new kicker coach wouldn't do it, but if you accidentally signed him to be your head coach you may have completely changed your playbook.

Alot of action went down prior...I was thinking something here had error . ....I always thought coaches could not be fired and hired by us in the same half week or one real day...or that hire is automatic . ..to fill the void, but the roster requirements looked good...

I pretty sure the OP said they hired the coach...perhaps I missing the way the game worked....I always waited another day to then sign the coach I wanted...but never fire them before a game either .

James Mobley was the kicker coach he fired and james olszewski was the kicker coach he fired to replace james mobley.

Yup, LOL... The James bug got me.. IDK what happened but I wasnt happy at all watching really shitty plays being run that I had never seen, last I checked the bad plays whre still in there.

I just went in to look and my familiarity with most my plays have gone way down cause most are not my plays, I have had same head coach for 4 years... I love this game, but **** this sucks!!

Did you have 45 active? Perhaps that resets rosters only.

Nope signed a new kicker coach, and extended a few contracts.. I am in my 5th year with same 94 rated coach. My familiarty with plays have taken a huge hit and I hate my play choices that I have now. I havent even looked over the defensive side yet. I might be forced to hire a new coach mid season and the options are slim. I have worked hard to put together a VERY good team. I love this game jdavid, but I reckon **** happens in the cyber world. Not your fault.
