I imagine this is a no, but thought I would ask anyway -- when scouting an opponent, if you don't use all 10 scoutings, does it concentrate the ones you do choose? Like if I only pick 2, would it be the same as 5 times the scouting of a single play if I picked 10?

No, scouting fewer than 10 plays does not increase the impact of the plays you scout.
