I've got a kicker on my roster that has amazing accuracy but fairly little kick strength. Since I have built-in roster flexibility as I've got multiple OLB/DE hybrids, I figured I would bring in a kicker with high kick strength to do kickoffs, figuring I could use him for longer FGs as well. But when I went into "Overrides," I saw it wasn't an option, so I was wondering why.

There are two separate places in your depth chart for field goal kicker and kickoffs. You can separate your specialists there without having to go into the overrides.

I think he means he can't get his Weak Kicker to do 40 and Under and leave the Big Leg for 40+.
Is there a Rule or something for that?

Ah, no, there is not currently a way to sub in a kicker based on the distance (although the lower accuracy will be more pronounced with the longer kicks)

Yea, this was what I was asking, apologies for being unclear. I figured it was worth a shot, since I've got a kicker who is near automatic at close range but doesn't have the leg to reach those longer attempts. Thanks for answering!

All it would take is adding the yardage filters to the position overrides screen, at least a basic version with pre-defined "quadrants" for the yardage.
