I keep getting the msg that I'm going to lose any unsigned players. Yet when I click on the link the only four players that it shows all have contracts which say 2/3 seasons remaining?!!

Do I need to re-negotiate with them even though they have 2/3 seasons left or is it a glitch?!

The only player with an expiring contract is your tightend. Go to your roster and change the tab to player contracts. You can click on years and it will order them by years. Only guys with one year are going to hit free agency. If you need additional help just pm me :)

When I click on his contract I get this message:

Unwilling to renegotiate
This player is unwilling to renegotiate his contract with you and demands to be traded or allowed to test the free agent market.

So he's off!

Best just to CUT him so he wont be on your team during the free agency period

Surprised not more players want out after another season missing out on the semis (or whatever you call them! )

I call them semis, but I have british heritage... the yanks call them conference championships... a little wordy for me...

How unusual is it to take on a team that is going to have 0 free agents when this season ends. I don't like the look of it and am afraid that my cap is going to be completely jacked up next season.

team i took over has no FAs next yr. I saw it as a bonus! lol. gives me a yr to figure this team out. I dont know how the cuttign system works but i assume ppl with 2 yr deals (this season), can probably be cut with minimal penalty. not 100% sure tho.
