Oh ok thanks. Also another quick question. How long does it take for a player to gain experience at a position cuz say I move like a right guard to left guard or a right end to left end would they be ready by the season?

If they are at that position for training camp plus all of the preseason they'll probably be around 70-80 in position experience, they will show as 100 if they are playing by game 3-4 most likely. As for experience with particular plays that depends on how often the play is used and the players intelligence
Also keep in mind there is a hidden experience score for player based on how long they've been playing (think of it as more of a general experience more so than positional).

Well I could be wrong, but I think it's based on exactly how much the player has played, either that or it is simply based on the number of years that the player has played. I forget the exact impact because it's not outlined anywhere, just responses from JBD to questions.
For example, the tendency for a QB to throw hot when the recognize a blitz.
