Would it be possible to have a 'Notes' box somewhere, that will save even if we log out?

You can, go to "Messages->New Sticky Note" - those are persistent within each league.

You also have a place on each player card that you can write notes that is also persistent.

The other thing is, the sticky is only visible on one PC and not transferable

They should be visible across all computers, is it possible that you have one screen that's wider than another and it's just off the page (it will retain its position info so if you drag it off into the margin it may not be visible on a smaller screen)

Just reduced the resolution, that works. Ha ha sorry for my misgivings
