i'm pondering on the idea of firing most of my coaches,then hiring coaches that fit my hc's philosophy.my question is:if i fire them,do they collect their full contracts?or does payment stop,when they leave?want to make **** sure before i try this.any help b much preciated :)

You start with a clean slate, the contract does not carry over like players do

I understand a new HC for a different philosophy but the Cords and PC really don't have to mesh at all.

The philosophies of your staff outside of the Head Coach has zero impact on the game. So it's pointless in that changing your staff to match the HC would accomplish nothing, save but for your own satisfaction perhaps.
