Thanks parsh! I asked because I am trying to go more with some younger coaches not in being as highly rated but similar in their coaching styles And those said coaches going up in their progress ladder at a good pace! . I know that doesn't affect any bonus in playcalling or player development and such,but was taking it under consideration for future Version changes and all.

FYI ..Similar coaching styles bears no relevance in your team's progress.

If someone offers a better contract at the same time you offer the raise, they will poach your coach. The good part; coaches can only be poached for better positions. Position Coaches as OC or DC, and OC/DC as Head Coach.
