London had the southern overpriced Olympics ,Yorkshire got the free ,amazing community spirited "Grand Depart", I was in Skipton,still get goosbumps about it even now!

That was a fun day. I have no interest in cycling but still made it out to the bottom of Jenkin Road near Meadowhall in Sheffield to watch them start the climb. Was enjoyable indeed :)

Brings back memories of skiing in Sheffield 20 years back!
