I think the ability to create "Sticky" Threads could be very beneficial for certain forums and leagues. MFN-1 for example could have a Sticky Thread on what the beta league is about and how its different than the others. The Community forums could each have a Sticky Thread explaining the different forums (Bug Box, Community Help, etc.) and other information like warnings (Please no NSFW content, etc.)

It would be very useful for Private75 as well haha

There could of course be limitations of the amount of sticky threads can be in 1 forum as well as the ability to close sticky thread that are no longer relevant/have no relevance.
