Yes, yes because it exacerbates the issue. The thing that infuriates me is someone can walk into that, know nothing about the game and watch those lovely blitzes - I won't name them but the main shitty ones - crunch the QB non-stop and say aha look at me, I'm a hero!!! I can win titles!!!

Flip side, I can intricately plan out an offense with plotted overrides and strategic maneuvers and it'll be decimated no matter how tactful my moves are. I could spend hours setting up special teams, putting my players in the right spots, carefully woven and all the other guy has to do is go goodie goodie I have 5 full red bar blitzes. Yummy!!!!! (courtesy of a reduced defensive play set over seasons, built up and launched at everyone)

My issue stems from jealousy .. lol.

I work to compete .. lose constantly to owner A .. owner A leaves .. first time owner B takes over .. then I lose to them ..

Lemon juice on the cut is watching them win the championship .. LOL.

There's that side of me that wants them to run the team into the ground .. and that other side that's happy and I do honestly hope they continue on. Lol

I think the majority of the teams I gave up were immediately run into the ground or were far less successful.

I guess I got lucky, then. Most of the teams I took over, I immediately changed things to what I thought would work in a "sim". After watching my teams get decimated a few times, I started looking into what my opponents were running. (Most of you know I focused on the experienced players in that regard.) I jumped at the chance to play the likes Bryson10, lellow2011, WarEagle, drogers, jsid.........I knew I'd get destroyed. But that would be the catalyst for my quick rise as well.

Some may view me a copycat, but that isn't the case. I spent hours in this game studying.

I don't think anyone is calling me a copycat.

Chipped had built a pretty good team there before I took it over, the roster probably isn't quite as good as it was then but I it was fairly old and I had spent the last several seasons turning over the roster. I think you'll do well there.

I've suggested this before as well, should be simple enough to do it would think. The only problem is that you can get around that with rules

It would be nice if someone took this team over today as there are some older players in the last year of their contract that the Ai will probably sign to huge long term deals if allowed to make the decision.
