I would love the ability to have set my position level overrides by quarters as well as down and distance. For instance, maybe I want one back as my starter, but another as my finisher.

You can have a true 3rd down back right now. What you can't do right now is have Saints style offense that passes for three quarters, and then changes its personnel for the fourth quarter. I would like to completely swap my HB and FB in the 4Q when I have the lead and go from pass heavy to run heavy, etc. (I could see creative players doing similar things with the OL and WRs. I'm not that creative, or I'm just lazy.)
