Which player weights I have set for each team. Maybe,just maybe I'll see a NAME I set for these Attribute Weights some day. Very confusing not knowing what I have set, and NO I won't make a sticky on it. Simple suggestion here that would make life easier.
I would suggest saving them by team name. That way, if you change something, you will still have your previous Weight.
I don't understand why you would want different Weights for different teams, but to each his own. I have one set of Weights that I go by. I occasionally tweak them based on experience with the game.

I understand the OP. I play multiple teams, and I tweak weights all the time. I would like a quick reminder if I'm using the latest set of weights or not.
