I am unable to manually select picks for consideration to my priority list or to move them up or down according to priority WITHOUT refreshing page for every action. I am currently using Chrome.

Have you tried restarting Chrome and/or the computer? That usually means that somehow you've gotten disconnected, it could be a cookie issue (which is fixed by restarting Chrome)
