Just to be clear if a league is currently in preseason we will start the season with 0.4.1.

no if your season has started it will be implemented the next season. Only leagues that are before the end of season spin will get the new update for their new season.
Hope something change because now playing this game is like a rpg, roll the dice and hope. Any changes of playbook or other variations at the formation are completely no sense ! Always the same routine of game develop, comeback and big plays that neither in the Ncaa div III happened, defensive players with butter hands ,qb that seems one game like Peyton Manning other game like Jamarcus Russel. After 1 quarter watching how the engine works you already know what is going to happen in the next 3 quarters. Qb that never choose the right player to pass to, drive in which the team repeats the same play for three times with no results obiuvsly. Fortunately is a free game....
