It is not an easy thing to compare players and coaches on your staff to those in the pools. This will especially affect GMs who take over ****-poor teams where half the guys on their rosters are worse than the best guys left in the FA pools. Makes it particularly hard and discouraging for new guys who are in their first 30 days and even denied trading.

Ex: You open the propaganda boxes for three guys on your team and want to compare them to the top three guys in the FA pool to see who you would like to keep and who you want to offer a contract to. Right now, about the best way to do this is to copy and paste all the data into sticky notes to make this comparison. Sure, you can search for your players individually and open their boxes up before doing re-sorts (ah, but you can't re-search without closing all the boxes) but why should this be so difficult and time-consuming? Should be able to lock or drag and drop these info boxes into a locked location without closing them all.

This enterprise is all about interpreting and manipulating data and any improvements which lessen the time needed to that should be implemented.

i just open two browser windows and open up players on each and minimize the browsers to half the screen and compare them side by side. I do think the search browsers could have better filters though but that's how i've got around it so far.
