He could say hes leaving and keep doing the same thing he is now. He's using a IP app which can be used by a device so every time you sign on your ip changes. So he could have his yellow account always on one IP and then use his ip app for his other accounts.
Even if he is using an IP changing App like Tor, he should only to be able to make 1 trade in 30 days before it is found out. I mean, if owner Trumpsux logs on from a legit IP address, and then owner Obamadoesnt signs on from a Tor Address, then the next time Obamadoesnt logs on, the owner would have a new IP Address. This should be the double red red Flag. Since we as players do not have access to owners IP addresses, I can only suggest to report the suspicious activity to the site's caretaker's and let their NCIS squad work things out. I'm too old for other's drama and problems Just my opinion and two cents.
ya it should be pretty easy to figure out what owners are using different ips every time they log in. I think more of an issue is the amount of effort the site security team is putting in. I have played both of them combined over 10 times in the playoffs so it it's sort of issue that I would like to see resolved.

The IP is certainly one piece of the investigation, but there are also legitimate reasons for having multiple IPs (you're on 3G or traveling and being on hot spots). I do block proxies as best I can, too.

Then you have jerks like me that sign on at home and at work, and my work has a rolling IP anyway.
I signed in under my friends ip blocker/changer from his device on my ip and then immediately signed in on my device without the blocker and I got locked out for good.
It was purely a mistake as I didn't know he used blockers/changers and I wasn't trying to collude at all, but still I lost all my teams.
So something is working . .......it is the guys signing in on different devices from different ips . Or that is the way I veiw it.
I bet he dropped his teams due to jsids heat or his teams should be feeling cap difficulties sooner or later .
His biggest punishment would be he cannot gloat . Imo that's got to be the worst for a,cheater....no recognition . .....verbal praise.....it's like those steroid scandals . ....all those cheaters got to live with what they have done.
Having volatility change would be a deeper protective measure. Or making individual ratings matter less. Continue to make the game harder to win......just like real life.
What niggles me is that Lellow/Rogue will once again surface with a different username and the wasted time that goes into investigating cheats instead of devoting time to the games development.
All I can say is this is yet another reason why I'm losing interest in this game as something to do to relax.

Its also suggested by a lot of places for privacy reasons. It was a popular media suggestion after Trump decided to allow ISPs to sell information.
