Once again TOs have arguably cost me a conference championship. SURELY your team is ahead and they have 1 TO left, you want them to burn it or run the clock out.
As it happens they ended up getting 6 instead of 3, and when we got the ball back had no TOs to do anything about it.
Pretty poor of you ask me.

I think what ur team was trying to do was it realized that the opposition was in field goal range and could just sit on the ball and kick a field goal, so ur team hedged it's bets on burning timeouts and holding the other team without the first down and let them kick a field goal with like a minute or so left and to let you come back. Ik u probably didn't want this to happen but plenty of nfl teams do use this tactic. Although having timeouts be in the rules section could be useful as well.

Yes, if you hadn't taken those timeouts the offense would have milked the clock as much as they could. If they hadn't scored the TD, they would have attempted the winning field goal as time expired.

Yeah I get this, we took our first time out on our 38 yard line which would make a 55 FG if we held them, which we stood a good chance of. Secondly we were getting to the QB with pressure and sacks and they were conceding penalties.

I would like to have the chance take the option of taking or not taking TOs in this situation, which as it stands right now we don't have.

They might also have conceded yards putting them out of FG range, or even turned the ball over.
Is their FG kicker Clutch? We'll never know.

TOs not used again, let alone not even attempting the onside kick
