As far as I know, injuries are totally random but my running backs can't play a game without being injured. I don't think that it's linked to the position because, as far as I can check, my opponent's RBs stay reasonably healthy. Aren't they really no factors that make a player or a category of players more or less prone to injuries ? I can't believe in coincidence or or a stroke of bad luck : since day 1 of the league, Timpson, my RB, has never played more than 2 games in a row in full health. And same thing for Estrella, his backup, this season. Any help would be appreciated, I'm really getting fed up with the game because of this.

What are your fatigue settings?
Using fatigue settings / overrides, I try to use a two-back system in most cases.
Even still, it seems RBs rarely play 16 games.

Thanks. I'm at 60 for all position groups. I'll try a lower number for the RB group next season.

I would suggest a higher number. I believe the way it works is that a player is subbed out when their stamina reaches that level. So, a higher number would sub your RBs out more often but might also mean that your starter will never play at the end of the game.

I thought it was the opposite.
It's not stamina, but fatigue. When their fatigue rises to the level you set, they are subbed out.
At least that's how I understand it to be. My RBs are subbed more often if I have it set at 40 than if it is set at 60, for example. I think.
Yeah, my bad. I had it reversed in my head. I had the direction of the slider right (left being subbed out sooner) but had the numbers flipped.

Still, if you raise the slider and sub guys out per formation you will get a realistic distribution of snaps . The guys will get breathers at the right time.....before there fatigue sets in too much.....backs are, penalized harsher than other positions due to overuse. Back are also the most injured position in real life . Also, injuries in general here are not harsh at all. I rarely if at all sub any one out for an injury the largest penalty recieved for are also ny one body part is only 15 percent. If you have a hundred rated player .....he's still an eighty five. No bad imo. Any every down back both here and in real life should be close to hundreds. Most others should be used play/ formation specific to ensure a win............really it sounds as though you got a few bad rolls.
