Your WRs are the reason he's not as good as he could be but he's solid.

Yeah that can be misleading. He gets out played every game. It's always one 70-80yd td that makes his stats look better than what they are.

You hit on my issue with the game. Tom Brady, Manning and so on make average WRs good. This game has it backwards. A WR in the NFL is typically mediocre if his QB sucks. In this game you can seem to have a bad QB but WRs make his Brady like. A good to great QB should make a Brandon stokely, Deion branch and so on good WRs

Hopefully that goes to a crazy pass play by a terrible opposing QB.

I find the QB play in Agent 86 is much better than the 4.0 release. My QB is slow but had good accuracy and arm strength. He has played as expected. What I find even more impressive is the hot reads. The days of blitzing all day are dwindling.

Ya it is a lot more successful considering the blitz reads leave the middle wr free. If you look at lg 1 the pre season stats theirs over 30 qbs with 100+ rating. It needs to be turned down along with rushing or the Defense needs to be turned up. Realistically if you go bye numbers it's probably the furthest from real then the past releases. 8 yards a carry is average

Also there will always be outlier years for a qb just like in real life. Take Andrew luck and Ryan fitztragic two years ago. Luck was awful but his "ratings" would say otherwise. Fitztragic had a career year that year but was he really that good? His accuracy and arm strength is terrible and he just got the lucky charm that season. I think it'll take a couple seasons to really see how the new engine works
