We use a Waiting List with our new Hire n Fire rule(check our rules thread in the Help section). Waiting list GM's get notified first of openings and have 72 hrs to accept. Then an open invite goes to the Public Forums.

If anyone would like to be added to the waiting list give myself, trslick or blackflys a holler.
