I had a TE that I saw as 1350 and another owner confirmed he only saw as 863. I just traded him to a different team, and now looking at his card, his value is 1125. This is the player for reference. https://private75.myfootballnow.com/player/38

This should be fixed.

Not that his rating went up too much 2/0. I don't get this. I read in he general forums there might be a bug?"
