Hire the new coach to whatever position you're seeking to replace and it will automatically fire the existing coach, thus freeing up their salary space.

You should be able to lower the offer enough to make him an offer. If there are no other offers for him he will take it even if it is less than he is asking.

Well, it didn't work. I tried my best but STILL can't find a Coach. I sent contracts and even tried to move position Coachs up. I'll try a (another) team that's complete with Coachs and try again until I can learn the ropes.

It looks like you successfully signed a defensive coordinator and linebackers coach, were you unable to make an offer for a secondary coach? I do see some rejected offers to coaches in your transaction log, which just means that someone else offered a higher contract. You won't be able to actually make an offer until after the draft now, and even if you don't manage to sign a coach by the first game the AI will sign the best available coach for you. Position coaches can be hard to sign especially if you try to grab one of the best ones, because they are probably also hot commodities for coordinators and even head coaches.
